- Reasonable access for restocking during your business hours
- Wi-Fi or cellular signal for cashless payments and stock monitoring
What you're responsible for
- Space and electricity. A typical machine uses about as much power as a household refrigerator.
- That's it. We own the equipment and handle stocking, cleaning, repairs, and payment processing.
- Revenue share may be available for higher-volume locations. Terms depend on traffic and sales, and we'll go over them during your assessment.

How do I know if my location qualifies?
Most good locations have 50 or more people on site daily, a small open area near an outlet, and access for restocking. Submit the form or call 216-773-5788 and we'll tell you quickly.
Who pays for electricity?
The host provides the outlet and power. Usage is typically similar to a household refrigerator.
Do I earn anything?
Revenue share may be available for higher-volume locations. Terms depend on traffic and sales and are discussed during your assessment.
How do the cameras work? Do they record people?
In most AI coolers, cameras face the shelves to identify which products are taken so the right amount is charged. We'll walk through the specific machine's camera and data features with you before installation.
Is payment information secure?
Payments are processed by the machine's card-payment provider. NexVend AI doesn't see or store full card numbers.
What if something breaks or runs out?
Call or text us directly at 216-773-5788. Remote alerts also tell us about low stock and temperature problems so we can respond.
Is the machine insured? Who's responsible for damage?
We're responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment. We'll go over insurance and placement terms in writing before installation.
Can we choose the products?
Yes. We start with a mix suited to your location, then adjust based on sales and your team's requests.
What if we want the machine removed?
Just tell us. Removal terms are spelled out in your placement agreement, and we'll schedule pickup.
We already have a vending company. Can you replace them?
