When you submit our eligibility form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email, phone number (if given), city or ZIP, location type, estimated daily traffic, and any notes. We also receive basic technical information your browser normally sends, such as IP address and browser type.
We use your information only to respond to your request, assess your location, schedule service, and communicate with you about placement. We do not sell your information.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit). That provider processes the submission only to deliver it to us.
Payments at our machines are handled by the machine's card-payment processor. NexVend AI does not receive or store full card numbers. Smart coolers may use internal cameras and weight sensors to identify which products are taken so the correct amount is charged. We'll explain the specific machine's camera and data features to each host before installation.
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any placement relationship, or as required by law.
